Qualifications

• Master’s degree with 3+ years in Chemistry/Biochemistry, or Bachelor’s with 7+ years in related discipline.
• Working knowledge of protein engineering, lead generation, immunology, protein expression and purification, analytical biophysics, and mass spectrometry.
• Ability to work in a collaborative team and present/defend results.

Responsabilités

• Performs as an expert to introduce and perform technical functions with limited guidance.
• Participates in project goals and contributes to defining expertise-related aspects.
• Designs analyses and interprets experiments with project input; suggests follow-up work.
• Modifies protocols using experimental design principles and literature searches.
• Contributes to training colleagues and drafts/audits technical reports.
• Ensures compliance with regulations; maintains proper SOP records.
• Contributes to departmental administration and manages costs of experiments and collaborations.
