• Coordinate and manage multiple concurrent projects, including timelines, deliverables, budgets, meetings, and documentation.
• Organize and facilitate meetings with internal and external collaborators; prepare agendas, summaries, and track action items.
• Serve as a central communication point across collaborators, align teams, resolve issues, and maintain momentum.
• Translate complex discussions into concise insights, summaries, and next steps for all partners.
• Coordinate billing workflows by gathering project details and ensuring accurate documentation.
• Identify risks, anticipate changes, and suggest solutions to improve workflow and outcomes.
