Qualifications
- Masters degree with 1 year relevant industrial experience or Bachelors with 3 years.
- Experience with HPLC and mass spectrometry.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Perform analytical and biochemical characterization activities for pre-clinical biotherapeutic protein development, including assay development for biochemical characterization with MS and HPLC.
- Characterize candidate molecules to support protein primary structure and post-translational modifications.
- Generate technical documents and presentations; support regulatory submissions and publications.
- Manage analytical laboratory operations, maintenance, and method suitability testing of equipment.
- Explore and evaluate emerging technologies relevant to MS-based characterization of therapeutic proteins.
