Qualifications

• Doctorate or equivalent in a relevant field with experience in biologics.
• Masters with 2+ years of scientific experience also considered.
• Bachelors with 4+ years of scientific experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Lead formulation, stability, and process development studies for diverse biologics.
• Develop liquid and lyophilized formulations for ADCs and oligonucleotides.
• Apply analytical data to guide product design and development decisions.
• Collaborate across functions (regulatory, quality, manufacturing) to advance programs.
• Utilize AI/ML and data-driven methods to accelerate development cycles.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior scientists.
