Job summary

Eurofins Scientific is seeking an Analytical Characterization Scientist Group Leader in Andover, MA. This full-time role emphasizes formulation and process development for biotherapeutics, performing analytical testing with biophysical and biochemical methods, and supporting data compilation and reporting.

Overtime may be required; typical hours 8:00am–5:00pm, Monday–Friday. The ideal candidate has a BS in a relevant field with 4–6 years of industry experience, strong HPLC skills, familiarity

Qualifications

• BS with relevant science degree and 4–6 years of industry experience.
• Strong HPLC analysis skills and familiarity with biologics.
• Experience with Empower software and lab data systems.

Responsibilities

• Support development of parenteral formulations for biotherapeutics.
• Perform rapid, comprehensive characterization of candidate molecules using biophysical and biochemical methods.
• Provide general laboratory support and data-collection activities (Empower and ELN).
• Prepare data summaries, verify data, and document laboratory activities.
• Communicate results effectively with interdisciplinary teams.
