Job summary

The candidate should have a BS in a related field and 4–6 years of industry experience with HPLC, with familiarity in biologics like monoclonal antibodies, vaccines or mRNA.

Qualifications

• BS in Pharmaceutics, Chemistry, Chemical/Biochemical Engineering, Pharmacy, Biochemistry, Bioengineering, Biotechnology, Biology or equivalent.
• 4–6 years of industry experience with strong HPLC analysis skills.
• Familiarity with biologics such as proteins, enzymes, monoclonal antibodies, vaccines, mRNA, or antibody drug conjugates.

Responsibilities

• Support development of parenteral formulations for biotherapeutic modalities.
• Perform rapid, comprehensive characterization of candidate molecules using HPLC, CGE, iCE and spectroscopy.
• Provide general lab support and participate in lab inspections.
• Interact with multidisciplinary scientists for formulation optimization.
• Prepare data summaries, verify data, and use Empower/ELN systems.
