Job summary

Charles River Biologics seeks a skilled scientist to assist in development, validation, and execution of analytical methods for biotherapeutics in regulated environments. You will perform chromatographic analyses, ELISAs, and various QC tasks while generating data-rich reports.

Required are a Bachelor’s in Chemistry or Biotechnology (MS/PhD preferred) and 3+ years in CRO/pharma settings. You will collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to ensure study success.

Qualifications

• Education and experience in characterization and analysis of biotherapeutics.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant CRO/academic/pharma experience.
• An equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted.

Responsibilities

• Perform and troubleshoot analytical experiments for biotherapeutics characterization.
• Conduct chromatographic analyses and related QA/regulatory tasks.
• Perform ELISA/immunoassay analyses and data interpretation.
• Prepare high-quality final reports and integrate subcontractor data.
• Train junior staff and assist in SOP/CTM maintenance.
