Montgomery College is seeking adjunct/part-time faculty to teach Biotechnology at the Germantown Campus. The candidate should demonstrate professionalism, a strong commitment to students, and the ability to motivate and educate in an engaging manner.

Employment is contingent on academic judgment and management discretion. Positions may be reviewed periodically based on enrollment and course needs; assignments are made as courses appear in the schedule and may be limited by ESH caps and budgetary

Qualifications

• Masters in Biotechnology or related major with relevant coursework.
• Ability to integrate technology into course delivery.
• Ability to engage students in a belonging, multicultural setting.
• Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Teach assigned lecture and/or laboratory courses in Biotechnology.
• Plan and prepare syllabi, assessments, and coordinate instruction.
• Teach a varied schedule including daytime, evening, weekend, or accelerated sections.
