Job summary

Capricor Therapeutics is seeking a Warehouse Lead to manage inventory, oversee daily warehouse activities, and support GMP-compliant material handling. The role involves receiving, storing, and distributing materials, maintaining accurate records, and leading a team across defined schedules.

Shifts run 6:00 AM–6:00 PM with 6:00 AM–2:30 PM or 9:30 AM–6:00 PM slots, and overtime may be required. A strong focus on safety, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with manufacturing is essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years related experience in a GMP regulated warehouse / materials management.
• Experience with Inventory Management Systems/ERP in biotech or life sciences environments.
• Proven experience in warehouse supervision or lead roles, and inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Perform all duties of Warehouse Lead and oversee daily warehouse activities.
• Receive, store, and distribute materials and products with accurate documentation.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct audits, and ensure stock levels.
• Lead and mentor warehouse staff, providing training and enforcing safety protocols.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.
