Job summary

Capricor Therapeutics is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily receiving, inventory and replenishment operations across multiple sites. You will lead a materials team, ensure ERP-based traceability and adherence to SOPs, while driving KPIs and process improvements.

The role requires GMP experience, strong leadership, and the ability to travel between sites as needed. On-site work with flexible shifts supports growth and expansion projects.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Associate’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of ERP and document management systems experience.
  • 2+ years of supervision or 4+ years in lead roles in GMP-regulated environments.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and temperature-sensitive product handling.
  • 2+ years of forklift and other warehouse equipment experience.
  • 2+ years of supply chain and logistics experience.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise materials team, provide training, guidance and performance feedback.
  • Plan schedule activities to meet operational requirements.
  • Oversee receipts, inventory accuracy and replenishment following ERP and associated documentation.
  • Initiate and complete investigations, corrective and preventive actions.
  • Initiate and complete change controls and support implementations.
  • Update SOPs and work instructions; review and create as needed.
  • Review metrics and lead process-improvement projects.
  • Coordinate training and support teams across sites and with partners.
  • Travel between sites and onsite as needed; support shifting requirements.

This Warehouse Supervisor oversees daily incoming, inventory and replenishment operationsto ensure timely receipts, accurate inventory management, organization and on timefulfillment to support all end users.

This Role will manage a team of materials handlers, leads to ensure adherence to companySOPs and all requirements with safety alignment.This role will support KPIs, Projects, SOP review, updates, and process improvements throughchange controls with collaborative partners and effectively using ERP.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and lead materials team, provide training, guidance and performance feedback.
  • Plan schedule activities to meet operational requirements
  • Oversee manage receipts, inventory accuracy and all replenishment need following FEFand ensuring traceability with ERP and associating documentation.
  • Initiates and complete Investigations, corrective and preventive actions
  • Initiates and complete Change Controls support implementations
  • SOP and Work instructions updates and creation
  • Reviews metrics and leads process improvements projects
  • Ensure training and all requirements to support teams' performance are being coordinate,improved with quality and reviewed
  • Able to support multiple warehouses and be onsite including traveling between sites asneeded
  • Flexible with shifts and hours required to support the business (e.i first shift, staggeredshift and future changes to support development and expansion projects)
  • Able to conduct meetings, utilizing Microsoft teams, prepare PowerPoints, Excel basic formulas effective communications throughout including outlook and collaborates well withall partners to drive results
  • Support data for KPI’s for warehouse operations and improvements by gathering data.
  • Proactively plan and have the ability to be reactive to support where needed.
  • Perform all tasks assigned to support Supply Chain operations.
Requirements
  • Minimum Associate’s degree, in lieu of a degree we will consider equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience of ERP usage and Document management systems
  • 2 + years of supervision or 4+ years lead roles in GMP-regulated environments withprogressive development and accomplishments.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and quality expectations managing temperature sensitive products.
  • 2+ years of forklift, box trucks and all associating warehouse equipment includingstandalone cold/frozen storage units
  • 2 + years of supply chain and logistics
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 5+ years' experience of warehouse experience preferred
  • DOT 49CFR, IATA understand and or certification preferred
  • Excellent organization, leadership, and communication skills.

$100,000 - $120,000 a year

Compensation and Benefits

The posted salary range represents Capricor’s good-faith estimate of the salary range reasonably expected to be paid for this position at the time of hire. Final compensation will be determined based on job-related factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience, education, skills, certifications, scope of role, location, and internal equity.

This position may also be eligible for a discretionary annual performance bonus and, depending on the level of the role, long-term equity incentive awards in accordance with company policy.
