Job summary

ARMI (Advanced Regenerative Manufacturing Institute) seeks a Specialist, Stakeholder Engagement to connect government, academia, nonprofits, and industry within a broad program portfolio. You will help translate technical advances into engagement opportunities and support pathways to commercialization.

The role emphasizes cross-functional leadership, external relationship building, and driving strategic partnerships to advance biofabrication initiatives across the ARMI network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
• 5–8 years of experience in biotech, regenerative medicine, or stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to engage credibly with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience managing multi-stakeholder initiatives in a biotech environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Navigate multipronged stakeholder environments and build relationships across government, academia, nonprofits, industry, and other key stakeholders.
• Translate complex concepts into clear, relevant insights and engagement opportunities.
• Identify opportunities by understanding stakeholder capabilities, priorities, needs, and interests.
• Serve as a trusted contact to connect with ARMI programs and partners.
• Support translation of breakthrough technologies into commercially viable products and connect with resources.
• Track engagement outcomes and opportunities for deeper collaboration.
• Synthesize feedback to strengthen programs and inform strategy.
• Monitor industry trends and communicate insights to leadership.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive stakeholder experiences.
