Job summary

ARMI BioFabUSA is seeking an independent, self-starter to lead a diverse R&D team focused on advancing early-phase cell therapies, analytical assays, and process development. This role will oversee milestones, ensure GLP and safety compliance, and drive CAPA and root-cause analyses in collaboration with leadership.

The ideal candidate will have deep experience with hPSCs, cell and tissue engineering, flow cytometry, RNASeq, and SOP drafting, with a proven track record of cross-functional

Qualifications

  • PhD with 4–6 years in human stem cell biology or related analytical assay development.
  • Familiarity with GMP and relevant FDA regulations.
  • Demonstrated experience leading teams and cross-functional interactions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily R&D operations and oversee milestones and timelines.
  • Coach team on root-cause analysis, CAPA, and documentation.
  • Collaborate with Quality, Facilities and Project Management.
  • Support internal tech transfer and client interactions as needed.
  • Draft and review SOPs, ELN entries, and technical reports.
