Parse Biosciences, a QIAGEN company, seeks a Head of Operations to lead the Seattle manufacturing site and headquarters. You will drive strategy, safety, quality, and performance, overseeing Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain.

You will report to the Vice President, NA Operations, and build a high‑performing team to support growth, continuous improvement, and regulatory compliance in a dynamic biopharma environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree requirement and 15+ years of leadership in regulated manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership for site functions including Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, Facilities, EHS, and Operational Excellence.
• Develop and execute the site's strategic plan in alignment with corporate objectives.
• Lead regulatory inspections, customer audits, and internal reviews.
• Own site operating budgets, capital expenditure plans, and financial performance.
• Drive cost improvements while maintaining quality and service levels.
• Build scalable capabilities and foster a culture of compliance and accountability.
