Qualifications

• Master’s degree or above in life sciences, or Bachelor's with 2+ years lab experience.
• Relevant sales experience (1–5 years) and high technical/professional expertise.
• Knowledge of Biological/CRO/CDMO markets; Gene Synthesis, Protein, Peptide, Bioassays, Antibody, Cell Line products/services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Grow and develop an assigned sales territory by implementing sales/marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with FAS, TAM and Marketing teams to build GenScript brand and meet sales objectives.
• Travel in the field to visit customers and build relationships to meet monthly/quarterly/yearly sales goals (70% field time).
• Quote and lead follow-up 30% of the time for account management.
• Develop and implement territory sales strategies and tactics for new markets and applications.
• Forecast sales within territory on a weekly basis.
