Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, or a related Biological Science Field.
Prior experience in project coordination, logistics, or contract research operations is preferred.
Strong organizational and time management skills with a keen attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with SAP or other ERP systems.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to analyze data and provide insights.
Responsibilities
Assist the Project Manager with drafting quotations and project initiation documents.
Coordinate outgoing shipments with the operations team.
Maintain and update internal C4B project logs.
Conduct monthly data analysis of C4B production.
Draft and manage daily production team priority lists.
