Job summary

Orcasnetwork is seeking a Project Controls Manager to support large-scale biotech capital projects valued over $500M in Northern Los Angeles. This hands-on technical role involves managing project cost management, forecasting, and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience in cGMP or office construction, with strong project controls expertise. This hybrid position requires 3 days per week on-site.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years experience working in cGMP, R&D, or office construction.
• Strong understanding of procurement and contracts.
• Demonstrated strong knowledge in project controls and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Manage project cost management, forecasting, and reporting.
• Develop and maintain project cost in the cost management tool.
• Provide target value design setup and support.
