Job summary

Genezen is seeking a Program Manager to support client programs through process development and GMP manufacturing of gene therapy viral vectors. You will act as the primary contact between clients, Genezen teams, and functional groups to track progress, deliver quality products, and report updates to stakeholders.

You will develop and monitor project plans, identify risks, and ensure on-time delivery while managing budget and invoicing processes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience in pharmaceutical or biotech settings.
• 1-2 years of life science laboratory experience (cell culture, molecular biology, virology).
• PMP training or certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver client satisfaction through timely, effective communication and stakeholder management.
• Prepare detailed project schedules with milestones for on-time delivery.
• Monitor projects and elevate risks to ensure timely milestones.
• Lead client and internal team meetings to drive project completion.
• Ensure deliverables meet client needs, quality, and compliance requirements.
• Provide regular project updates to teams and clients with clear risk reporting.
• Build relationships with clients and explore new opportunities with business development.
• Track project costs and assist in forecasting and invoicing processes.
