Job summary

Encoded Therapeutics Inc. is seeking a Clinical Program Manager to lead operational strategy and execution for a gene therapy program.

Working with the Medical Monitor and cross-functional teams, you will drive planning, site and vendor selection, and startup to support corporate goals. You will develop trial documents, manage timelines and budgets, and ensure regulatory compliance across GCP, FDA, and international requirements.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in pharma/biotech clinical operations; gene therapy preferred
• Strong knowledge of FDA/ICH GCP guidelines
• End-to-end trial management experience
• Ability to manage budgets and vendor performance
• Excellent written and verbal communication

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end operational execution of a novel gene therapy program
• Develop documents and procedures for clinical studies (protocols, ICFs, CRFs)
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Develop and manage timelines and study budgets
• Select study investigators and vendors; manage startup and monitoring
