Job summary

Stealth Biotech is seeking an Associate Director / Director of Program Management in Seattle. You will serve as the operational backbone for a lead program, building infrastructure, owning the integrated plan, and connecting clinical, CMC, regulatory, and finance. Remote options are considered, onsite in Seattle.

You will distill complex multi-workstream problems into clear summaries for leadership, influence across functions, and drive decisions to execution with a high degree of autonomy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a science or health-related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 7+ years of program or project management in biotech/pharma.
• Experience building integrated development plans across clinical, CMC, regulatory.
• IND-enabling activities and early-phase clinical development experience; biologics preferred.
• Proven ability to establish PM processes and drive cross-functional decisions.
• Financial acumen with budgeting and fundraising or board milestone planning.

Responsibilities

• Own the integrated development plan for the lead program across functions.
• Build and maintain the master program timeline with critical path analysis.
• Partner with leadership to maintain the Target Product Profile and go/no-go frameworks.
• Develop and manage program budgets and investor milestone reporting.
• Synthesize complex inputs into concise, decision-ready updates for leadership and board.
• Lead cross-functional team meetings; track actions and ensure follow-through.
• Manage external partners (CDMOs/CROs) with accountability and alignment.
• Create robust PM infrastructure: timelines, logs, governance, reporting rhythms.
• Author core program documents: development plans, meeting minutes, action trackers, assumptions logs, TPPs.
