Job summary

You will partner with scientists, technical experts, and leadership to ensure milestones are achieved on schedule and risks are managed proactively.

The role blends strong project management with biotech domain understanding, navigating fast-paced environments and driving strategic execution across multiple programs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management or project coordination experience.
• Experience managing timelines and deliverables and driving execution toward objectives.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience using project management tools such as Smartsheet or Microsoft Project.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource forecasts.
• Coordinate project activities across functions and external partners.
• Track project progress against key milestones, deliverables, and objectives.
• Develop mitigation strategies and escalation plans.
• Facilitate project team meetings and communicate decisions, risks, and actions.
• Foster collaboration and resolve issues impacting timelines, scope, or quality.
• Drive accountability and alignment across stakeholders to maintain momentum.
• Support strategic planning and prioritization across multiple programs.
• Prepare project updates, dashboards, and executive presentations.
• Support portfolio review meetings and governance processes.
