Job summary

Lonza in Portsmouth, NH is seeking a Biotechnologist I to join production operations on a rotational night shift. You will set up and monitor core production equipment, perform basic lab tasks, and ensure GMP/GDP-compliant documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• GMP/GDP documentation experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of lab safety and basic instrumentation.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor production equipment (CIP/SIP).
• Perform basic lab tasks: monitor pH, conductivity, sampling.
• Document production activities per GMP/GDP.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of facilities; support 6S.
• Attend training and keep qualifications up to date.
