Job summary

Cytiva is seeking a Production Operator II in Pensacola, FL to join our Manufacturing/Operations team. You will be responsible for setup, start-up, run, and shutdown of the assigned area, following established procedures and quality standards.

The role requires accuracy, adherence to safety, proper documentation, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, basic math skills, and 1+ years in manufacturing with ERP tools like SAP or Oracle.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Knowledge and usage of basic math, ability to read and comprehend written work instructions, use measuring equipment (ruler, calipers, etc.).
• 1+ years' experience in a manufacturing environment, a cleanroom environment and with ERP Systems (i.e. SAP, Oracle, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Be vigilant in ensuring operations are safe and the quality at each operation meets our specifications.
• Be asked to manufacture our products according to established safety and quality procedures and work instructions.
• Associates in this role are also responsible for achieving safety, quality, and delivery objectives provided by the leadership team.
