Job summary

Cytiva in Pensacola, FL is seeking a Belts Production Shift Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing operations on-site, 5:00 PM–5:00 AM. You will drive safety, quality and productivity while developing associates and implementing DBS tools for continuous improvement.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in manufacturing leadership, a lean mindset, and strong cross-functional collaboration skills to sustain performance and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; higher education preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of manufacturing/production leadership experience.
• Experience coaching hourly associates in a production environment.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Ability to manage performance with safety, quality, delivery, inventory, and productivity metrics.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support daily operations to meet safety, quality, delivery, inventory and productivity targets.
• Supervise, coach and develop associates with direction, training and feedback.
• Promote safety and continuous improvement and ensure adherence to policies.
• Drive operational excellence using DBS tools, 5S, Daily Management and problem solving.
• Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Maintenance and Supply Chain to resolve issues.
• Monitor production performance, analyze metrics and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with quality management system requirements and regulatory expectations.
