Job summary

MMQCI is seeking a Manufacturing Assistant to support manufacturing, production and QC teams in an environmentally controlled lab. You will follow SOPs, wear PPE, and help keep labs organized and compliant with cGMP/ISO quality systems.

The role emphasizes teamwork, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Training on all aspects of the position will be provided, with competitive compensation and benefits in Saco, Maine.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or associate degree in Biology, Life Sciences, or Chemistry.
• Good communication skills, written and oral, with basic computer skills.
• Ability to perform routine lab tasks quickly with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Operate in environmentally controlled lab spaces and follow PPE protocols.
• Wash, treat, autoclave glassware and support manufacturing schedules.
• Restock materials, track expirations, and place orders to ensure availability.
• Maintain electronic inventory data (ERP) and reconcile inventories.
• Support lab cleanliness and assist with ad-hoc material requests.
