Job summary

MIGSO-PCUBED is seeking a Technical Project Consultant to lead PMO initiatives for clients across San Francisco. The role is onsite, requiring travel to client sites as needed.

You will design and implement PMO frameworks, coordinate with diverse teams, and support growth with opportunity identification and proposals. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and 3–8 years PM experience are expected, PMP preferred.

MIGSO-PCUBED is looking for a passionate and communicative Technical Project Consultant to join our team and support our engagements in San Francisco. This position is onsite and will require you to commute to our client sites within San Francisco as needed.

We are looking for someone motivated and excited to learn to join us as a Project Management Consultant in the San Francisco hub.


What You’ll Do

As an Technical Project Consultant at MP, you will be responsible for driving the successful implementation of Project Management Offices within client organizations. Some of your key responsibilities may include but are not limited to:



  • Develop, design, and implement PMO frameworks to fit specific needs of our clients' organization

  • Coordinating with cross-functional teams to oversee project activities to ensure timely and successful delivery of PMO initiatives

  • Delivering within complex client engagements and aiding team leadership with client relationship management

  • Supporting the engagement lead/director to build out our footprint within a client or multiple clients, offering significant opportunities for personal development

  • Identifying opportunities and assisting in the development of proposals

  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and successful delivery


As a consultant, you will deliver expertise, adapt to new environments, and be able to work within a team. You will represent our brand on client-sites and, thanks to the materials that we provide, you will be prepared to support our engagements.


Who You Are

You should hold a Bachelor's degree or a Master's degree. For this position, we are looking for someone with 3-8 years of proven experience as a project manager with knowledge in SDLC.


Ideally, you hold a PMP certification and have proficiency using project management software and tools.

Compensation

MIGSO-PCUBED believes in fair and equitable compensation. The reasonable estimate of the current total compensatory salary range for this role is $80,000 - $115,000 DOE annually. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in an annual performance-based incentive program. The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
