Qualificações

• No specific education level requirements; may appeal to STEM or Business students.
• Strong written and oral communication skills are essential.
• Ability to manage concurrent projects with organization and accountability.
• Comfort with ambiguity and rapid problem solving.
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with Smartsheet, Coupa, Veeva, Icertis is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Support CMC project planning, coordination, and tracking across active projects and workstreams.
• Maintain schedules, risk registers, charters, trackers, agendas, and action logs.
• Prepare status updates and track milestones, dependencies, and risks.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication among CMC, Regulatory, Quality, and other teams.
• Contribute to standardizing templates and enhancing regulatory trackers with tools like AI.
