LaneHelp is seeking a Manufacturing Operator I in Eugene, OR for 1st shift. The role involves supporting final packaging in a biotechnology manufacturing environment, with $18.00 per hour pay and daytime hours.

The ideal candidate has at least six months of manufacturing, production, packaging, or lab experience and can follow detailed instructions and SOPs. Safety, accuracy, and teamwork are essential in a fast-paced facility.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of relevant work experience.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow detailed procedures.
• Comfortable handling chemicals and hazardous materials.
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork.
• Experience with packaging techniques is preferred.
• Reads and follows SOPs and Work Instructions.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production equipment, making necessary adjustments to maintain smooth operations and product quality.
• Assist with filling, labeling, and packaging various products according to established procedures.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions to ensure consistent production quality.
• Complete and review production documentation, including product reconciliation, label reconciliation, labor sheets, product fill checks, and torque checks.
• Maintain accurate production records and ensure all paperwork is completed correctly and consistently.
• Handle chemicals and hazardous materials safely in accordance with company guidelines.
• Follow ISO 13485 quality standards, company procedures, and all applicable safety regulations.
• Clean and sanitize work areas, machinery, glassware, and equipment as required.
• Collaborate with team members and other technicians to meet production schedules and daily objectives.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe manufacturing environment.
• Adapt to changing production priorities and meet established deadlines.
• Work overtime and alternate shifts when business needs require.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
