Selectemp in Eugene, OR is hiring a Packager on the 1st shift to help prepare food products for shipment. This hands-on role runs Wednesday through Sunday from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM and starts ASAP. You’ll work closely with production to maintain flow, ensure quality, and meet daily targets.

The ideal candidate is comfortable lifting 35–50 pounds, standing for long periods, and contributing to a fast-paced team. We offer steady full-time hours, growth opportunities, and benefits after hire.

Responsibilities

• Place cereal and other food products into shipping cartons with care.
• Count and verify product quantities for accuracy.
• Stack boxes and pallets safely to support smooth handling and shipping.
• Inspect packaging for quality, consistency, and safety standards.
