We’re seeking an experienced biotech and medical device coach to mentor students aiming to break into or advance within the industry, guiding them through strategy, development, and regulatory pathways.

Qualifications

• Significant professional experience in biotech or medical devices (industry, clinical, or regulatory).
• Prior mentoring or teaching experience in a structured coaching setting.

Responsibilities

• Coach students on biotech strategy, R&D, device development and manufacturing.
• Navigate clinical trials, regulatory compliance, quality assurance and risk management.
• Guide on market access, patent strategy and medical device sales.
• Lead skill-building sessions and provide resume, LinkedIn and interview preparation guidance.
• Offer guidance on salary negotiation and freelancing opportunities for students.
