Leland in the United States is seeking an experienced asset management professional to coach students aiming to break into or advance in the industry. You will help clients develop an application strategy, refine resumes, and prepare for interviews, delivering sessions virtually with flexible scheduling.

This role offers the autonomy to set your own hours and rates while contributing to a fast-moving AI-enabled career services platform.

Ideal candidates have significant hands-on experience in asset management, prior mentoring or coaching experience, and a clear, structured approach to helping students navigate their career path. Coaches set their own hours and rates, host sessions virtually, and partner with our team to deliver a high-quality, supportive experience for every student.
