Global Biotechnology Company in Schaumburg, IL is seeking a detail-oriented Production Marketing Specialist to support development, creation, and production of marketing content for biotech products and services.

The candidate will bridge science and marketing, turning scientific information into high-quality content for scientific and general audiences, while coordinating with Marketing, Sales, and Regulatory teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Life Sciences, Biology, Biotechnology, or related field.
• 1–3 years of professional marketing experience, preferably in biotech or life sciences.
• Strong science or life sciences background with ability to understand technical concepts.
• Ability to write and create articles, ads, product content, and marketing materials.

Responsibilities

• Develop and produce marketing content and materials for print, digital, online advertising, industry publications, and other promotional channels.
• Write and edit clear, engaging, scientifically accurate articles, product descriptions, advertisements, brochures, and other marketing communications.
• Translate complex scientific information into content accessible to customers and target audiences.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Scientific, Product, and Regulatory teams to develop materials.
• Coordinate production and delivery of print and digital marketing materials, ensuring on-schedule completion.
• Manage project timelines, external vendors, budgets, and production processes.
• Ensure marketing content is accurate and aligned with brand and regulatory requirements.
• Support product launches, campaigns, trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
• Review and proofread marketing materials for accuracy, grammar, and scientific content.
• Gather and verify technical information from internal subject-matter experts.
