Job summary

Quanterix in Billerica, MA is seeking an on-site Manufacturing Technician II to support the production of chemical and biological reagents used in research, diagnostics, and commercial applications. The role focuses on executing routine manufacturing tasks under supervision, following procedures, quality standards and GMP requirements.

You will prepare buffers and reagents, operate basic lab and manufacturing equipment, troubleshoot routine issues, and assist with scale-up and material handling

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• 1–3 years of manufacturing or industrial experience.
• Strong documentation and adherence to procedures.
• Ability to work with PPE in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with laboratory techniques and chemical principles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute chemical manufacturing batches per SOPs.
• Prepare buffers, solutions and reagents using standard techniques.
• Operate basic lab equipment and standard manufacturing gear.
• Complete batch records and production documents accurately.
• Support inventory management and material staging.
• Assist with scale-up from lab to production.
