Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred; biotech/related field
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 2–4 years of manufacturing/production in regulated bio/pharma
• GMP/ISO/FDA-regulated environment experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform manufacturing activities according to approved procedures, batch records, and work instructions
• Prepare materials, reagents, buffers, and equipment for manufacturing activities
• Operate, clean, sanitize, and maintain manufacturing equipment and work areas
• Complete inventory and quality documentation in GMP/ISO compliance
• Document activities contemporaneously and accurately per GMP/ISO
• Escalate deviations and equipment concerns promptly to supervisor
• Assist with troubleshooting to minimize downtime and maintain productivity
• Support inventory handling, labeling, storage, and cycle counts
• Participate in calibration and preventive maintenance activities
• Maintain a clean, inspection-ready manufacturing environment
• Collaborate with Quality, Supply Chain, Operations, and R&D teams
