Job summary

Process Alliance LLC in Indianapolis, IN seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead process and process equipment-based projects in a biotech manufacturing environment. You will manage the full lifecycle of manufacturing process, equipment, and facility-related projects, ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, budget, quality, and regulatory objectives.

Required are a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Life Sciences and 2+ years of PM experience in regulated settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Life Sciences (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of PM experience in regulated manufacturing environments (pharma/biotech/medical device).
• Experience managing engineering, manufacturing, facility, process, or capital projects.
• Understanding of GMP‑regulated environments.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills; experience with cross-functional teams and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Develop project delivery strategy and drive implementation of that strategy.
• Oversee impact assessment and maintain project activities list.
• Lead development of project scope, schedule, and estimates.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams including Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Validation, and Maintenance.
• Oversee equipment selection, procurement, installation, commissioning, and startup activities.
• Ensure all project activities comply with GMP and regulatory requirements.
• Staffing for the project as needed.
• Manage schedules, budgets, risks, resources, and stakeholder communications.
