Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience required; AS/BS in a Scientific Field preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing, preferably in a cGMP setting, or experience as Associate Level I in bio-pharma.
• Demonstrated logical decision-making abilities, critical thinking skills, and strong written and verbal communication.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing business priorities and actively seek feedback to improve performance.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain equipment, supervise production processes, and report production with accuracy while following GMPs and GDPs.
• Exhibit expertise in production activities and lab tasks such as bioreactor inoculation and chromatography column operation; may train others.
• Run administrative tasks: shift exchanges, meetings, emails; engage in projects and document deviations and changes.
• Attain and maintain qualifications under an individual training plan for continuous improvement and compliance.
• Perform material movements of raw materials and chemicals across production areas; other duties as needed.
