Job summary

Colonial Group is seeking a Manufacturing Operations Production Manager to coordinate day-to-day production across assigned work centers, ensuring safe, compliant, and timely execution of the production schedule. You will lead and develop personnel, manage inventory, and troubleshoot processes in a GMP environment.

You will collaborate with production engineers, line leads, and quality teams to implement CAPA and drive continuous improvement, while maintaining strong documentation and regulatory

Qualifications

• High School Diploma plus 7 years manufacturing/biotech experience.
• Experience in biotech with cGMP/QSR/ISO regulations.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations across assigned manufacturing work centers and oversee production personnel, readiness, output, and schedule execution.
• Coordinate and translate demand into priorities; allocate resources and adjust as needed.
• Coach and develop staff, manage attendance, training, performance reviews, and corrective actions.
