Keros Therapeutics, Inc. is seeking a Legal Co-Op reporting to the Director, Contracts Counsel. You will join the legal team and support the contracts group on a diverse range of projects within the broader legal department.

Ideal candidates are rising 2Ls (3L preferred) with exposure to contracts in biotech/pharma. Proficiency in DocuSign, MS Office, and Adobe Pro, plus strong communication and multitasking skills, are valued.

Qualifications

• Rising 2L; 3L preferred.
• Biotech/pharma contract experience is a plus.
• BS in biology/chemistry is a plus.
• Proficient with DocuSign, MS Office, and Adobe Pro.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Attention to detail and strong follow-up skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Support day-to-day legal department functions including contracts and IP.
• Prepare redline reviews of contracts (Consulting Agreements, Amendments, SOWs, NDAs).
• Collaborate with attorneys on contract negotiations.
• Communicate contract status with internal stakeholders.
• Document contract progress and filing of versions.
• Conduct legal research on IP issues.
• Assist with IP docketing and related processes.
• Support compliance and regulatory projects as needed.
