Job summary

The candidate will handle complex Hatch-Waxman and biosimilar matters, conduct in-depth legal research, draft pleadings, and present arguments in district court or PTAB proceedings.

The ideal candidate is an independent thinker capable of mentoring junior associates, managing cases, and coordinating with clients.

Qualifications

• Must have a degree in a life sciences technology area and prior biotechnology practice experience.
• Strong research, writing, and analytic skills; capacity to mentor junior associates.
• Experience handling Hatch-Waxman, biosimilar, or competitor pharmaceutical cases in district court or before PTAB.

Responsibilities
