Qualifikationen

• Candidate must have a J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school, CA Bar admission and be admitted (or have the ability to become admitted) to practice before the USPTO as a registered U.S. Patent Attorney.
• Ph.D preferable but not required if candidate has transferable/substantial IP diligence and prosecution experience in the Life Sciences sector.
