Qualifications

• Experience in complex patent litigation matters in life sciences, medical devices, and pharmaceuticals.
• Experience with Hatch-Waxman litigation and strategic dispute counseling.
• Licensure: bar admission in the United States (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Take and defend depositions and work with technical and expert witnesses.
• Manage and oversee complex litigation matters from start to finish.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop litigation strategy.
