Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials.
• Experience in patent prosecution and IP counseling in a law firm or similar.
• Registration to practice before the USPTO.
• Experience drafting and prosecuting U.S. patent applications.
• Managing domestic and foreign patent portfolios.
• Familiarity with trademark prosecution.
• Excellent analytical, writing, and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, collaborative, and client-focused.
