Qualifications

• Experience in biotechnology practice and a degree in a life sciences technology area.
• Independent thinker with capacity to assume increasing responsibility in a litigation practice.
• Strong research, writing, and analytic skills.
• Ability to manage and mentor more junior associates; strong management and organizational skills.
• Experience handling Hatch-Waxman, biosimilar, or competitor pharmaceutical cases in district court or before the PTAB.
• Admitted to the state bar of the candidate's preferred office location.
