The role includes exposure to SIÊ/Series licenses targets, frequent collaboration with senior bankers, and opportunities to mentor interns and deepen biotech sector expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1+ years in investment banking; biopharma focus preferred.
• Science background or biotech experience strongly preferred.
• Strong analytical, mathematical, writing and computer skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• SIE exam, Series 79 and Series 63 must be acquired within 150 days.
• Willing to join our offices in Chicago, Boston, or New York.

Responsibilities

• Perform extensive financial/valuation analyses for mergers, acquisitions and capital raising transactions.
• Build financial models to value clients and industries with core methods.
• Perform due diligence, research and documentation of transactions.
• Draft management presentations highlighting financial analysis results.
• Assist in proposals and presentations to clients and prospects.
• Participate in client meetings and interactions; support relationship development.
• Develop biotechnology sector knowledge and mentor interns.
• Ensure compliance with applicable rules and internal policies.
