Job summary

Planet Pharma is seeking a part-time HR Coordinator/Generalist to support our expanding HR function. You will work closely with the Director of HR on recruiting coordination, onboarding, HR operations, and performance management administration in a fast-paced biotech startup.

Responsibilities include coordinating interviews, onboarding/offboarding, maintaining HR records, assisting benefits, and supporting HR programs and employee events.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in HR coordination or HR generalist roles.
• Experience supporting recruiting and interview coordination.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and HR systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate candidate interviews and recruiting logistics.
• Support onboarding, offboarding, and HR processes.
• Maintain HRIS data and employee records.
• Assist with benefits administration and inquiries.
• Support performance review cycles and HR programs.
• Coordinate employee events and engagement efforts.
• Update org charts and HR documentation.
• Assist with handbook revisions and policy updates.
• Provide general HR admin and project coordination.
