Validation & Engineering Group is seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead manufacturing-focused initiatives in pharma, biotech, and medical devices. The role requires at least five years of PM experience, with a track record spanning commissioning, qualification, capital projects, and expansion efforts.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, proactive project oversight, and excellent communication, ensuring compliance with industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, PM or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in manufacturing.
• Experience in commissioning & qualification, capital, construction, NPI and expansion projects.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and oversee project plans to meet goals within budget and schedule.
• Lead project teams and provide direction to members.
• Coordinate activities, resources, and deliverables for successful completion.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and take corrective actions.
• Communicate with stakeholders and provide updates on status and concerns.
• Resolve project issues promptly to keep projects on track.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards throughout the lifecycle.
