Job summary

Sana Biotechnology in Cambridge, MA is seeking a Senior Manager, FP&A to lead financial planning and reporting across R&D, CMC, and G&A. You will partner with functions to align budgets, forecasts, and long-range plans with strategic priorities.

You will own variance analyses, month-end close support, and build dashboards for portfolio and resource planning, while ensuring US GAAP compliance and leveraging Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required.
• 5+ years FP&A experience, preferably in high-growth biopharma.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Strong understanding of US GAAP and financial processes.
• Experience with cloud ERP/EPM systems (e.g., Dynamics 365).

Responsibilities

• Prepare variance analyses and support month-end close.
• Develop tools for project-level resource planning.
• Analyze expenses per US GAAP and provide insights to leadership.
• Create reporting dashboards and track milestones.
• Drive continuous process improvements.
