Job summary

Legend Biotech USA Inc. seeks a Maintenance Tech I/II (2nd Shift) for the Facilities and Engineering team in Raritan, NJ. You will maintain HVAC and related systems, troubleshoot equipment, and support cGMP cell therapy manufacturing with a focus on reliability and safety.

The role requires 8+ years in regulated manufacturing, multi-craft capability, and CMMS experience. Strong communication in English and adaptability to shift changes are essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in an industrial manufacturing or regulated environment, preferably with cGMP cleanroom experience.
• Experience in more than one craft and in the Pharmaceuticals industry is preferred.
• Fluent English (verbal and written) with strong communication skills.
• Experience using CMMS or a similar maintenance management system.
• Ability to work independently, adapt to shifting priorities, and learn new skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC, cleanroom HVAC, refrigeration, clean steam, and related systems.
• Perform minor upgrades and installations of facilities and systems.
• Support equipment maintenance for manufacturing and critical utilities, including project support and compliance activities.
• Read and interpret blueprints, P&IDs, and drawings.
• Maintain GDP documentation and use CMMS for work orders.
