• Must read, write, and speak English well; adept at maintaining accurate paperwork/records; computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and examine eggs prior to setting and/or packing for shipment and finish to customer specifications with required paperwork.
• Review daily/weekly reports for flock/pack assignments and incubation set/pack orders.
• Operate candler/grader, calibrate and maintain daily SOP procedures; prepare eggs for shipment.
