Job summary

Pete and Gerrys Organics LLC in Gainesville, GA is seeking a processing associate to operate and support egg processing lines. You may be assigned to multiple tasks including loading flats, operating equipment, packaging cartons, stacking pallets, and maintaining sanitation standards.

The job offers hands-on experience in a food manufacturing setting and opportunities to learn pallet handling, equipment operation, and packaging processes.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years or older
• Able to perform fast paced repetitive work
• Standing/walking 8+ hours per day
• Repetitive lifting up to 50 pounds
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed

Responsibilities

• Load eggs flats onto a conveyor belt
• Operate and adjust processing equipment
• Stack egg cartons and materials
• Pack egg cartons into cases
• Stack cartons of eggs onto pallets
• Wash and sanitize pallets and flats
• Operate manual and electric pallet jacks
• Daily housekeeping and end of shift clean-up
• Comply with health and safety and food safety standards

As a processing associate you may be assigned to one or more of the following roles:

• Load eggs flats onto a conveyor belt
• Operate and adjust processing equipment
• Stack egg cartons and materials
• Pack egg cartons into cases
• Stack cartons of eggs onto pallets
• Wash and sanitize pallets and flats
• Operate manual and electric pallet jacks
• Daily housekeeping and end of shift clean-up.
• For all roles you must comply with health and safety and food safety standards
