Job summary

HUYABIO International is seeking an experienced Project Manager to coordinate critical activities and track progress across cross-functional teams in a dynamic, office-based setting.

The role focuses on driving programs through milestones, maintaining schedules and budgets, and ensuring alignment with development and commercial strategies across clinical development and regulatory functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (Masters/PhD preferred).
• 7+ years biotech industry experience, including 4+ years of direct project management experience.
• Clear strategic thinking, quantitative and qualitative analysis, and planning/organizational capabilities.
• Excellent attention to detail, good interpersonal skills, and strong written and verbal communications.
• Working knowledge of project management tools with hands-on experience in setting up projects and reports, including Gantt charts and dashboards.
• Exceptional project management skills and experience managing multiple projects.
• Ability to drive problem solving, decision making and issue resolution.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a multi-functional team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate critical activities and track project progress and timeline across functions.
• Drive projects through key milestones, decision points and maintain schedule and budget.
• Cross-functional engagement across clinical, regulatory, quality, safety and other areas.
• Create and maintain project documentation including agenda, minutes, action items, dashboards, goals and milestones.
• Lead initiatives with cross-functional impact aligned to company objectives.
• Communicate changes in strategy and impact to project teams and senior management.
• Proactively manage risks and inform senior leadership accordingly.
• Support budget planning by integrating inputs from cross-functional departments.
• Maintain professional communication and lead by example in a fast-paced environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
